EMBROIDERED LOGOS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. The ordering procedure is as follows:
1. Send an email to email@youruniformsource.com with an image of the logo, the dimensions of the logo, the color of the thread to be used (list any color, even if it is not included as a text/thread color, up to fifteen colors), the number of garments that will need the logo, and the location of the logo (commonly above the left or right pocket or on the back of the garment) You may also call 1-800-621-3344 with any questions.
2. There is a one-time fee to digitize the logo into a dst format (this fee will be waived if the logo is already in a dst format). We will take care of that for you after the image is received via email.
3. You will receive an email with the cost to embroider the garment(s) before or after the logo is digitized. Most of the time it is before but sometimes it is after if the logo embroidery is especially complicated, meaning there are an exceptionally large number of stitches. Pricing is based on the number of stitches.
4. You will receive a sew-off sample via email approximately 5-10 working days after the logo has been emailed to us.
5. Once the sew off sample has been approved, please allow 5-10 working days (depending on the size of the order) to be sent to you.
